1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is one 20ft container (1 × 20 GP). Loading quantities can be calculated based on specific glass sizes.
2. What are the accepted payment terms?
We generally accept T/T (30% advance payment, 70% balance against the copy of B/L) or L/C.
3. How long is the typical delivery time?
Standard delivery is within 30 days after receiving the advance payment. Urgent orders can be fulfilled within 7 days depending on stock.
4. Can you provide glass samples?
Yes, small glass samples can be provided free of charge, with freight costs collected from the receiver.
5. How is the glass protected during shipping?
We use seaworthy wooden crates with paper or powder interleaving to ensure every sheet arrives intact.
6. Do you offer customization for glass sizes and colors?
Yes, we can cut to size and provide a variety of PVB and tinted colors based on your specific project requirements.
