INI-E640 Mold Making Silicone

Description: Two-component silicone, platinum-curing/addition-cure type, flowable, vulcanizes at room temperature or heated temperature. Maintains soft and elastic properties in range of -65°C to 200°C.

Application Fields

Large quantity molding: art crafts, furniture, architectural elements, garden ornaments.
Industrial use: shoe, tire, soap, candle, vacuum bagging, wind turbine blades.
Materials: resin, PU, PVC, polyester, gypsum/plaster, wax.

Operation Instructions

1. Mixing: Mix part A and part B evenly with 1:1 ratio by electronic weight.

2. Vacuuming: (Recommended) De-air for < 10 mins to ensure no bubbles in the finished mold.

3. Casting: Pour onto the original. Suggest setting for 12 hours after demolding before production.
