Hot bending /curved glass is made of high quality float glass which is firstly heated to the soften point on metal mould which allow the glass to adopt the desired shape, then bent to shape by weight of glass itself and outside force, and finally cool down.
Curved Tempered glass is heated over its softening temperature, and curved to the radius that requires. By suddenly chilling it with jets of cold air, then tempered glass shaped with a radia.
