Most windshield seals come with molded corners to precisely conform to the glass and molded sections of the wiper transmissions. Some windshield rubber seals come with a slot to accommodate locking strips for a reveal molding or decorative finish. Windshield gaskets are manufactured specifically by year, make, and model. Usually our order quantity is 10 pieces. But we accept a lower number of trial orders.
Can I take samples?
Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. However, a small sample fee is charged for custom designs or sizes. If the order reaches a certain amount, the sample fee can be refunded.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own design or specific color, it takes 5-8 days.
How long is the production lead time?
The minimum order quantity takes 7-15 days depending on the current production schedule.
How much is the shipping cost?
To save costs, we recommend small amounts by courier and large quantities by sea. We will provide a quote based on your specific location and order size.
If I want my own design, what format file do you need?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats. Our professional designers will create the artwork for the mold or print screen for you.
