For OEM customization (logo/color scheme only), the MOQ is 50 units. For ODM customization (functional adjustments), the MOQ is 100 units. The MOQ can be adjusted based on your order volume with corresponding discounts.
Can we get samples to test performance before a bulk order?
Yes! For the first cooperation, you can apply for 1-2 paid samples. After successful testing, the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order payment.
Do you provide flight tuning and technical support?
Yes. For bulk orders, we offer free online tuning guides, including videos and manuals for racetrack racing, freestyle flying, and indoor practice scenarios.
What is the warranty policy for electronic components?
Electronic components such as motors, ESCs, and flight controllers come with a 1-year warranty under normal use conditions.
Are your products compatible with mainstream FPV goggles and transmitters?
Our systems are compatible with all mainstream frequency band transmitters and goggles (such as DJI FPV, Fat Shark). We can also pre-install designated receivers according to your needs.
What are the standard configurations for sample shipping?
Samples are shipped with standard configuration by default. If you require customized functions like specific color schemes or pre-installed receivers, please contact us for detailed communication.
