Usually our order quantity is 10 sets. However, we accept a lower number for trial orders.

Of course. We usually provide existing samples for free. For custom designs or sizes, a small fee is charged which can be refunded if the order reaches a certain amount.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. For custom designs or Pantone colors, it typically takes 5-8 days.
4. How long is the production lead time?
The minimum order quantity typically takes 7-15 days for production.
5. How much is the shipping cost?
To save costs and ensure timely delivery, we recommend courier for small amounts and sea shipping for large quantities.
6. What file format do you need for custom designs?
We have professional designers. You can provide files in JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF format for mold or print screen preparation.
