🔹 Gypsum Ceiling Installation
1. The frame is the light style. It's hung according to strict requirements, then put the ceiling board on the frame.
2. Hang the frame with H light Ceiling Grids. Insert the board into the frame.
3. Hang the frame with T Ceiling Grids, put the non-groovy part on the frame. The groovy part needs the ceiling Grid.
4. Set the plasterboard on the Ceiling Grids. There are 15 plasting points which will be put with the lines and set with nails.
🔹 MGO Ceiling Installation
1. Fixed Baseline & Edge Keel: Determine the horizontal position of the ceiling on the wall. Mark the mark and elastic line. The u-shaped edge keel is fixed with expansion screws (max spacing 600mm).
2. Fixed Hanger: Determine hanging positions based on structure (C-I or C-II) loading requirements. Hangers' maximum horizontal distance is approx 1.2m.
3. Install Keel: Clip hanging parts into upper C-shaped keel. Connect lower C-keel ends to U-side keel. Perpendicularly fix and connect both layers.
4. Install MGO Boards: Adjust the hanging parts to ensure a level horizontal position. Fix MGO plates using self-tapping screws (230mm spacing).
5. Seam Treatment: Use caulking material and seam tape for professional finishing.
