We provide detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for every project. For large projects, we can arrange installation workers and supervisors on site. The fee for on-site service is negotiated per project.
What is your delivery time?
Normally, delivery time is 15 days after receiving the deposit. For large scale orders, the delivery schedule will be negotiated specifically.
How do you control product quality?
Quality is controlled through: (a) Design: anticipating problems in advance with high-quality solutions; (b) Raw materials: selecting qualified materials; (c) Production: precise manufacturing techniques and strict quality inspections.
How are quality problems handled?
The warranty period is 2 years. Within this timeframe, the manufacturer is responsible for all quality issues caused by production.
What is the expected service life?
Under conventional climate and environment conditions, the service life of the container house steel frame is approximately 20 years.
How do products adapt to different climates?
For strong wind regions, we improve internal structural resistance. For cold regions, we increase wall thickness or use superior insulation. In high corrosion areas, we use corrosion-resistant materials or specialized anti-corrosive coatings.
